Hazira graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). She completed her practice training with the firm and continued as a Legal Executive. In 2026, she was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and joined the firm as an Associate.
Hazira practises in dispute resolution, with a focus on Family Law, Employment Law, and Negligence claims (accidents, professional and personal injuries). She has assisted on several High Court matters, including high value road traffic accident claims, as well as heavily contested family proceedings.
Community law sits at the centre of Hazira’s practice. During her Legal Clerkship Programme at SUSS, she worked with the Family Justice Courts and with Law Society Pro Bono Services under the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme, and has since assisted on pro bono matters within the firm. In 2026, Hazira completed the Family Therapeutic Justice Certification Programme, jointly organised by the Singapore Academy of Law and the Singapore University of Social Sciences, which trains practitioners to approach family disputes with the wellbeing of the family, and particularly the children, kept in view.
Alongside her practice, Hazira leads on practice operations at the firm, designing the systems the team works within and taking a hands-on role in staff training and development. Before entering legal practice, Hazira spent several years with one of Singapore’s best-known education and training organisations, where she developed strengths in learning design, process improvement, and organisational development. She brings that same practical and people-centred approach to mentoring, practice operations, and staff development within the firm.
For most people, meeting a lawyer means something has already gone badly wrong. What they need is someone who will explain what is happening in terms they can follow, listen to what actually matters to them, and treat the process as something that can be understood rather than endured. Hazira aims to provide that clarity and reassurance at every stage of the legal process.
