Choong graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the Singapore Management University in 2024 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2025.
Before joining Clifford Law, Choong trained at several law practices where he gained exposure to a diverse range of cases. These formative experiences helped shape his practical, grounded approach to legal work and instilled in him a deep respect for the people behind each matter.
At Clifford Law, Choong supports the firm’s partners and senior associates in cases involving family and probate matters, personal injury and motor accident claims, and employment disputes. He is also a Level 1 SIMI accredited mediator, reflecting his commitment to resolving conflicts with empathy and professionalism.
